Ghanaian cuisine is the cuisine of the Ghanaian people. Ghanaian main dishes are organized around a starchy staple food,which goes with a sauce or soup containing a protein sauce. 

The main ingredient for the vast majority of soups and stews are tomatoes.Also okra is very popular and it can serve with either Fufu. 

(Fufu is a starchy food made from plantation,yam and cassava. After pounding fufu,it looks exactly like Japanese omochi)
